So last night me and my dad went fishing in out back yard and all of a sudden I felt a huge tug on the other end of the pole. I started reeling in and at first I just thought it was a big bass but it wasent, it was an alligator! It was'nt mean at all, we got a stick to hold down its mouth and got the hook out. I asked if we could keep it and my dad said no but we could cook it. So tonight a am going to cook it. I looked up on the internet how to cook alligator and heres what it says:
Place peices of alligator into a pan. Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, parsily, oil, tabasco, and salt; mix well. Pour over your alligator and let it sit for 4 hours, Flip over in 2 hours. Drain and rool in flour then put it in a shallow pan in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanx!

Tonight
Tonight I am going to make Aligator. It sounds pretty hard but its worth a try.. I cant wait, I heard it taste like chicken, and the meat is really white, but i just cant wait to try it out. Wish me luck!

love life
Well i have a boyfriend named rafael angel arrazola and he is the light in my life and i dont know what i would do with out him. I love him more than anyone in the world!!! i could never live without him. But then i found out that he got grounded, for TWO months!!! its horrable! I cant see him for two months and i am so sad/ mad! I cant live without him for two months and i dont know what im going to do!

Lobster
Alright, I just started my lobster. I bought it live, it was scarey. When I first but it in the pot to boil to kill it I opened the pot about 20 minutes later to see if it was dead yet and it jumped out at me ( i will never buy live lobster again! ) If you want to know how to make it, heres how I made it, Start out boiling it, After it is done you bake it in the oven on 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes. Then brush it with either butter or olive oil and put it back into the oven until done and you can serve it with either lemon jucie or hollandaise. Lobster is very good and tender. If you have any sugestions for me to cook please tell me. thanks

Tonight i plan to make lobster, I have always wanted to be a cook. I have never made lobster before so tonight i am going to try. Lets see how it turns out.
